Today we celebrated a birthday for our friend, Patrick. Patrick turned 26 on Thursday. 26, not 6, but he wanted his party at Chuck E. Cheese's. Initially it was going to be at a local one, but he ended up having it over in Silverdale so his family and all of their children could make it more easily. I have to admit, I was not really looking forward to going but it actually ended up being pretty darned fun. We rode the ferry over (see above picture) with Patrick and Michele and Shona (the dog) and it was great to visit with them again. We watched the game at his parent's home and then headed over to the great mouse house. I love his family, they are some of the greatest people. So fun and kind and just good people. In the end I think we ended up having more fun than some of the kids did. I certainly won't be celebrating my next birthday there, but I won't complain if somebody else does!

Hey there! I got your message, I am trying to not use my cell phone until 7:00p.m. since I went WAY over my minutes last month. . . I'd LOVE to go to that little shop with you and Nat whenever you want! We also need to get our V.T. done for the month. I am good anyday except this Tuesday since I have my first Activity Day. You know they are looking for another helper for me. . . maybe I should put your name in the pot :) Anyhoo, I will talk to you very soon!
