Yesterday marked three months since Natalie has come into our lives and it was such a happy day. The funny thing is, I remember thinking that by this time I would have my body back. However, due in large part to my horrible diet and lack of any exercise, I am still toting around someone else's body attached to my chubby face. To add insult to injury Parker has never looked better. And I mean never. He looks fantastic. To the point where people stop him to let him know how great he looks. So yesterday when he came home from his run and told me the following story, I knew I had to do something.
P- Hey, guess what just happened?
C- I have no idea. (You burned a million calories?)
P- I was waiting at a crosswalk and this lady took my picture.
C- Like a lady from a magazine? (I hope he means an OLD lady)
P- No, it was this 20-year-old girl in a car that was driving by. When I looked up she looked over and made that motion with her hands like she was holding a camera and taking my picture. Isn't that funny?
C- So, she didn't actually have a camera. She was being cute and trying to pick you up?
P- Isn't that funny? I can't believe it! Who does that? Ha! Ha! Ha!
That's when I knew I had put it off long enough. The best part is, by the time I had even put Natalie to bed, Parker had already found a gym for me to join. They were having a HUGE sale for Black Friday and they have childcare. Monday is the big day. Wish me luck. And wish that 20-year-old "LADY" luck if I should ever come across her in a dark alley! :)

you are too adorable and don't need to work-out my friend.
Cam....I know just how you feel. I do believe I have always out-weighed by husband. I hate that. You think I would do something about it but I don't. I just continue to not exercise and eat like crap.....it's much more enjoyable being fat!!! Oh, except for I feel unattractive about 99% of the time. Ha Ha.....
