Size "H"

During Natalie's recent check-up the doctor was going over her growth statistics and was so pleased with her height to weight ratio. In fact he said, "Whatever you are doing is just perfect. Keep it up!" He followed that compliment with, "And her head is growing right on track." I glanced over at the computer screen just then and noticed her head measurements were almost off the chart so, I said, "Yeah, and it's pretty big, too!"
He started to tell me how it's fine and then he stopped and said,"I know hats aren't really in fashion these days, but if they were, what size would you wear?"
I'm no dummy. I knew where he was going.
I said, "Oh, humongous."
He laughed and said, "So, would that be a size "H"... for humongous?" And then proceeded to remind me that head size is hereditary.
