I took this picture on her one month birthday, I can't believe how big she's getting! During the first few nights we had Natalie at home, I remember thinking time was moving SO slowly. Everyone kept telling me to cherish the time I had with her as an infant because it would be gone so soon. I remember Gina telling me that she loved the time she spent with her babies in the middle of the night because it was her time alone with them. I tried to look at my late nights and early mornings the same way and most of the time it worked. Sometimes there was a little too much alone time and then the time wasn't so special, but luckily things are getting better. In her first month she took a dramatic turn for the better with her reflux and she started to quiet down a bit. She also started smiling every once in a while and trying to hold her head up ALL OF THE TIME. Her vision improved and she would stare at lights and windows everywhere we went. Parker and I took her to the mall for the first time and she did really well, it gave us a little confidence for future outings!
